So yesterday was shopping day. I usually don’t have to endure this chore because Karen gets the shopping. However since her shoulder surgery she hasn’t driven and doesn’t want to shop online so Tesco’s beckoned. What to say. This shot could have been taken almost anywhere in the developed world.
I did take another – of the lighting in the disabled bathroom – almost purely because ceilings often have things we almost never notice. This ceiling was full of little circles and boxes containing things unknown to me.
Neither image reminds me of any other photographer’s style (unless you can suggest some examples…) but the images do put me in mind of the New Realists.
