As usual I went to mum and dad’s today but things were a little different. Mum was at hospital having another CT scan and an MRI and so I was with dad. Accordingly, dad made do for lunch with corned beef sandwiches and I eat crisps and sweets in place of our usual rare fillet steak and home made chips. We missed mum.
I glanced at the time when we’d usually be eating all together and took this photo.
The flowers and card stood in place of mum and where from her friend Sheila.
