So this morning’s post was the first one created with the Windows Live Writer version for Windows 8.1.
I am also using Lightoom 5.7; Elements 13, and MS Office 2013. But the biggest difference with this post is that I’m not typing it. Rather I am writing using a program called Dragon naturally speaking.
It’s quite weird having to talk in small chunks to get the correct words within Windows live writer, but it’s very satisfying and it also gives my fingers a rest from typing.
Anyway, I am just about to break a photography convention now by posting a colour and monochrome photo together.
I think you will see why I took the first image. It was getting dark but the low winter sun really illuminated the houses over the road.
The second image is a wide angle shot of my new desk layout – we will see how long this lasts….
Even though the change in software use is incremental, there is still quite a steep learning curve.
