I had a good catch up with Jonathan this afternoon and we talked about the following things.
- Where indexes become transformed into new things so that they no longer represent the referent.
- Photoshop and using its features to make individual statements rather than applying standard features.
- Experimentation and failure and a tool for learning.
- Production values, association values, originality and replication.
- Blogging and its benefits.
- Workflow.
Much of what was discussed addressed issues of current work as well as previous projects and I feel as though I am on the right trajectory and Jonathan seemed to be content with the direction of travel.
