So this time yesterday our house was still cold, but we were near the end of the four week saga of no heating and little hot water. Today couldn’t seem further away from recent experiences. Dad phoned three times but I could sort everything out by phone, our house is warm and we have loads of hot water and, most importantly the boys have had their mortgage application agreed in principle.
As we have missed our 33rd wedding anniversary celebrations, and Alex’s and my birthdays we decided to enjoy ourselves at a local restaurant.
🙂 Lets hope the tide has turned for the better.
