I had my preadmission appointment today and have an operation planned for next week. But I have been getting a lot of chest pain and breathlessness lately. (Not surprising when you consider my level of blood loss!). The staff said the ECG showed an erratic heart rate was but I am not surprised as either the physical or mental stress they cause could result in the way I feel. It’s quite a path I am on just now….
I just hope I can fit a Christmas market in before I get too bad.

It all sounds very hard to deal with, Pete. Hoping that your breathlessness improves enough for the surgery to go ahead.
Your image above struck me immediately. i realised it is unusual to see the world from the viewing point of a person who uses a wheelchair. All the proportions of what you see are different and that comes across strongly in the image.
