More Rubbish

I continued with the process of sorting through items needed or ready for disposal and experimentation today. This time placing the recently created image into a different sort of mounting aimed at trying to ensure the small image won’t be lost in such a large exhibition space.

Again, I just used rubbish I had lying around: this time mainly comprising of emulsion and cardboard.

I don’t think the white background helps at all and have dumped it. It doesn’t say anything in the way that the screwed up and scratched image does.

Umm. I agree. not sure about the white either.
How about a light grey perhaps. In the white texture makes me think of buildings and signage and street furniture.

Well the symbols are going to pose questions to the viewers in the exhibition Sharon, about whether they are signs or not. But the cardboard background is already in the dustbin… 🙂
